Shipping Orders
Tag a shipping tracking#

Go to the order detail page (refer to Edit Orders on how to get to the order detail page) and find "Shipping Method" section. Find "Add Shipping Tracking#" button. You will be prompted a dialog box. Select Ship Carrier, enter tracking#, enter ship date and check the order items. Click "Add" button after you are done.

Ship Order In Multiple Packages

If you ship the order into multiple packages you could use Tag a shipping tracking# multiple times to add more than one shipping tracking#.

Make Order as Shipped

After you ship out the order, go to the order detail page (refer to Edit Orders on how to get to the order detail page). Find "Actions" section and you will see "Confirm Shipment" button. Click that button and system will pick it up and continue the next step in the order pipeline. The next step is usually sending order completion email and marking the order as shipped.
